We are seeking passionate and motivated Educators to take on a Traineeship who will strive to create an interactive learning environment for the children in our care. A classroom should inspire, delight curiosity.

The Apprentice will be provided with support from the management team and our college team and have access to well resourced rooms. You must have a strong passion for teaching in the Early Years and be motivated to step up to a room leader position.

Apprenticeships are at no cost to the Employee, which makes this a great opportunity if you have been thinking about upskilling.

The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care as well as attention to detail. Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria;
 
• Hold a Cert III Early Childhood Education and Care and be willing to study a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Hold a current blue card
• Hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training
• Be motivated & enthusiastic
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

Centre Directors

When you take on your new role as a Centre Director you will be provided with an in depth induction and a Mentor to guide you to ensure you have all the knowledge and training you need to set you up for success. You will find our working environment supportive yet challenging – encouraging you to make a positive impact with the children and families at your service. Each and every member of the QCCS team are valued for their knowledge and passion and treated like part of the family.

Teachers

QCCS are looking for Early Childhood Teachers who have strong knowledge and pedagogical practices to encourage the development and growth of social and academic skills in our children.  Through careful planning and observation, you will facilitate the development of a love of learning, for our children to carry throughout their lives.’

Educators

As a QCCS Educator you will have a genuine passion for working with children in the early years.  You will build strong relationships with families and team members to deliver the best outcomes for the children in our care.  You will provide safe and inspiring environments to foster curiosity and learning through play based experiences.’

Trainee and Apprentices

We are looking for Educators who want to make a difference in the lives of the children and families in our care.

We offer Traineeships and Apprenticeships to qualifying team members to undertake a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.  Earn while you learn at one of our QCCS centres at no cost to you.  The Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies (AEICS) will help you gain your qualification through our support, mentoring and networking programs.’

Kitchen Hands

The Kitchen Hand will prepare the meals for our centres for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. There’s no need for formal qualifications and all training will be provided but you should be enthusiastic about preparing fresh and wholesome meals for children in our service. Nutrition is a vital part of children’s development and healthy eating is part of the QCCS philosophy.  We believe food ingredients should come from the kitchen, not from a lab. From this belief came the inspiration of our own production kitchen, Healthy Cooking Company.
