As a QCCS Centre Director you will be able to showcase your excellent leadership skills to maintain and improve the high quality outcomes at your service.  You will be a confident role model for your colleagues and contribute to the positive team culture. You will facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the centre to benefit your staff, children and families.  Each day is different and exciting in this fast-paced role and we are with you every step of the way!

Assistant Director And Educational Leader Roles

As an Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Director in the smooth running of the centre. You will have excellent leadership skills and use those skills to support the Centre Director in mentoring your team of educators to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.   QCCS team of Field Advisors and Mentors will be there to support and guide you and you can also develop your skills through our professional development programs. You will also have many opportunities to take the reins in the Centre Director role to gain experience and refine your skills and business knowledge to become our next Centre Managers.

As an Educational Leader your role is to support our Teachers and Educators in their planning and delivery of the highest quality programs and practice.  You will have a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework to be able to inspire best practice and innovation within the centre. As a role model to other Educators you will offer coaching and  mentoring and will be pivotal in the development of every child in the centre. The Educational Leader role is a Senior Management and highly valued role within our centres.

Centre Directors

Teachers

QCCS are looking for Early Childhood Teachers who have strong knowledge and pedagogical practices to encourage the development and growth of social and academic skills in our children.  Through careful planning and observation, you will facilitate the development of a love of learning, for our children to carry throughout their lives.’

Educators

As a QCCS Educator you will have a genuine passion for working with children in the early years.  You will build strong relationships with families and team members to deliver the best outcomes for the children in our care.  You will provide safe and inspiring environments to foster curiosity and learning through play based experiences.’

Trainee and Apprentices

We are looking for Educators who want to make a difference in the lives of the children and families in our care.

We offer Traineeships and Apprenticeships to qualifying team members to undertake a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.  Earn while you learn at one of our QCCS centres at no cost to you.  The Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies (AEICS) will help you gain your qualification through our support, mentoring and networking programs.’

Kitchen Hands

The Kitchen Hand will prepare the meals for our centres for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. There’s no need for formal qualifications and all training will be provided but you should be enthusiastic about preparing fresh and wholesome meals for children in our service. Nutrition is a vital part of children’s development and healthy eating is part of the QCCS philosophy.  We believe food ingredients should come from the kitchen, not from a lab. From this belief came the inspiration of our own production kitchen, Healthy Cooking Company.
