We offer you the option of flexible shifts and the option to purchase four weeks additional leave each year, giving you more time for family and fun. Professional development
At QCCS we strongly believe in constant learning and upskilling our staff at every opportunity. We encourage lifelong learning throughout our centres for Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to ensure the team is at the forefront of new innovations within the sector. What makes QCCS different to other childcare company’s is that we have our own training college, the Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies (AIECS).   AIECS offer and deliver a range of Early Childhood Qualifications, Professional Development and Food Safety Supervisor Training. QCCS centres participate in regular training days throughout the year to keep our team up to date with up to date information and  trends.
