The Opportunity: Qualified Early Childhood Teacher

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
  • Location: Bethania
  • Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
  • Compensation: Up to $55 per hour + Super

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF & QKLG.
  • Prioritize a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children thrive.
  • Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning.
  • Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
  • Monitor, document and reflect on children’s learning to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre.
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
  • Current QLD Blue Card.
  • Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.
