Early Childhood Teachers are provided with high level curriculum and pedagogical support. This is achieved by the establishment of various programs and strategies, tailored Early Childhood Teacher mentoring,  onsite visits and professional development training opportunities. Our Bachelor Qualified Teachers will have a deep understanding of early learning programs and to support children’s independence and social and emotional wellbeing. Centre Directors

When you take on your new role as a Centre Director you will be provided with an in depth induction and a Mentor to guide you to ensure you have all the knowledge and training you need to set you up for success. You will find our working environment supportive yet challenging – encouraging you to make a positive impact with the children and families at your service. Each and every member of the QCCS team are valued for their knowledge and passion and treated like part of the family.

Teachers

As a QCCS Educator you will have a genuine passion for working with children in the early years.  You will build strong relationships with families and team members to deliver the best outcomes for the children in our care.  You will provide safe and inspiring environments to foster curiosity and learning through play based experiences.’

Training and Apprentices

We are looking for Educators who want to make a difference in the lives of the children and families in our care.

Traineeships and Apprenticeships are available, these are at no cost to eligible applicants. A great opportunity if you have been thinking about getting into the Early Childhood Sector.

Kitchen Hands

The Kitchen Hand will prepare the meals for our centres for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. There’s no need for formal qualifications and all training will be provided but you should be enthusiastic about preparing fresh and wholesome meals for children in our service. Nutrition is a vital part of children’s development and healthy eating is part of the QCCS philosophy.  We believe food ingredients should come from the kitchen, not from a lab. From this belief came the inspiration of our own production kitchen, Healthy Cooking Company.
